With a variety of cardio, hybrid, and strength sessions throughout the week, our classes are designed to help you build strength, enhance mobility, and elevate fitness, all within a supportive and expert-led environment.

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Suitability: All fitness levels

Class types:

  • Strength - Mix of Upper body & Lower body

  • Conditioning - Cardio based, but can include lighter weights

  • Coaches Choice - Mix of cardio & weights in the format of your coaches preference

  • Lucky Dip - Whatever your coach feels like dishing out. Could be curls with Mike, snatches with Lach, or something completely unexpected. One thing’s guaranteed: you’ll sweat, work hard and have no idea what’s coming next
