Class types:
Strength - Mix of Upper body & Lower body
Conditioning - Cardio based, but can include lighter weights
Coaches Choice - Mix of cardio & weights in the format of your coaches preference
Lucky Dip - Whatever your coach feels like dishing out. Could be curls with Mike, snatches with Lach, or something completely unexpected. One thing’s guaranteed: you’ll sweat, work hard and have no idea what’s coming next
